• Book lab test from our website or Choose to upload prescription and place the order.
• Once your booking order is accepted, a trained Phlebotomists (Sample Collector) will be assigned to visit you for sample collection on your chosen date and time-slot at pickup address. Phlebotomist may also take other vitals if suggested in the pre diagnosis.
• Once the results are processed by our Partner Lab, we will verify the results and a smart report will be shared with you.
• You can view or download your reports from Website > My account option and Mobile app > Orders detail.
• You will also get notifications regarding your booking in our Mobile app and via SMS.
